Deposits

All deposits are NON-Refundable and NON- Transferable once submitted.

 

Remaining Balances

• All remaining balances must be submitted by the due date and time. Failure to submit the final payment will result in makeup services and appointments being automatically cancelled. 

• A $50 late fee will be applied towards your remaining balance if I am still available to provide makeup services to the client(s).

Early + After Hour Appointments

• Early makeup appointments before 8am are granted up availability, and will require an additional $25. 

• After hour makeup appointments are after 6pm and are granted upon availability. An additional $25 is required and will be added towards your remaining balance.

• Holiday appointments are granted upon availability. Makeup services will be performed from 9am-12pm. An additional $25 is required and will be added towards your remaining balance.

Last Minute + Same Day Appointments 

• Last minute and same day makeup appointments excluding bridal makeup services can be requested, and once approved an additional $25 will be added towards your total. All makeup services excluding bridal that are needed 7 days or less are considered last minute. Bridal makeup services that are booked 2-4 weeks prior to the wedding is considered last minute, and will require an additional $50 that will be added towards the total. 

• A 50% non-refundable/ non-transferable deposit for last minute bridal makeup services must be submitted in order to book & confirm your wedding date. The remaining balance must be submitted 7 days prior to the wedding, no exceptions. 

• Same day makeup appointments excluding bridal will require an additional $25 that will be added towards the total. Same day bridal makeup services that are approved will require an additional $50 that will be added towards the total. 

• Same day makeup appointments including bridal makeup services must be paid in full and submitted in order for services to be booked & confirmed.

Late Policy

All clients are granted a 15 minute grace period. If the client is 20 minutes late, the client will be charged a $15 late fee. After 20 minutes late, your appointment will be automatically canceled. 

 

Rescheduling

If client needs to reschedule, please aim to inform me 2-3 days prior to your makeup appointment. Client is able to reschedule once without having to resubmit a deposit. After 4 weeks of initial makeup appointment, if client wants to reschedule a new deposit must be submitted.

 

Cancellation

If you need to cancel your appointment, please give me a 48 hour notice prior to your appointment. A $50 cancellation fee will be required in result to canceling. Same day cancellations/no call no show, client will be banned from booking services with DVL Glam.

 

Covid 19 Awareness Policy

I, (Davee Latoya, owner of DVL Glam & Aesthetics) am not liable if client(s) contract Covid 19. If you have been exposed to Covid or experiencing symptoms, please contact me as soon as possible to cancel/reschedule your appointment. You are allowed to reschedule up to 4 weeks after your initial appointment without having to submit a new deposit.

 

Wedding Policies 

Bridal prices and services are available to clients that are seeking makeup services for their wedding. A request of our bridal prices, services, quotes, and trials are available on our weddings section under the Services + Booking tab. Bridal trials are recommended, but are not required.
